2. Clarity Call

The Clarity Call is a guidance and orientation conversation intended to help you discuss your requirements, goals, learning interests and available services. It does not guarantee a particular healing, personal, business or income outcome, high-ticket clients, a specific number of clients, certification eligibility (unless separately confirmed), or any other specific result. Its purpose is to help you understand your options and determine whether a service may be suitable for you.

3. Educational & Healing Disclaimer

Our courses, training programs, consultations and healing services are provided for educational, personal-development, spiritual, wellness and transformational purposes. They should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. We do not claim that our healing modalities diagnose, cure or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. If you have a medical, psychiatric or mental-health condition, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

4. Certification Programs

Where a program is described as a certification program, certification is subject to the requirements specified for that program. Completion of payment does not automatically mean certification requirements have been fulfilled. Requirements may include attendance, completion of lessons, assignments, practical work, assessments, demonstration of required skills, or other requirements communicated as part of the program.

5. Course Access

Course access will be provided according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase, and may include live classes, recorded videos, digital materials, PDFs, audio files, workbooks, online communities and other resources. Access periods may differ between programs; where a specific access period is stated, that period will apply. We reserve the right to update, modify or improve course content from time to time.

6. Personal Account & Access

Where an individual account or login is provided, the account is personal to the purchaser. You must not share login credentials or course links, give access to another person, copy or distribute paid content, sell or transfer your access, upload course content to another platform, or share recordings without permission. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our website and programs — including course videos, training materials, PDFs, workbooks, audio recordings, presentations, written content, exercises, frameworks, course structures, graphics, logos, branding and website content — remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a program gives you permission to use the materials for your own authorised educational purposes; it does not transfer ownership. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, teach, sublicense or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written permission.

8. Recording & Distribution

Unless expressly permitted by us, students and clients may not record live sessions, screenshot or reproduce proprietary materials, distribute recordings, share course videos, upload course content publicly, or sell or redistribute course materials. Unauthorised recording, copying or distribution may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Payment

All payments must be made through the payment methods made available on the website or through an authorised payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment and registration information. Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time the transaction is completed.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our general policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We generally do not offer refunds, cancellations or partial refunds after payment has been successfully completed for digital products and services, including digital and recorded courses, certification programs, workshops, webinars, PDFs, e-books, healing sessions, consultations, Clarity Calls, coaching, mentorship, memberships and bonuses. Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, personal circumstances, failure to attend or complete, lack of participation, or not obtaining an expected result. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Nothing here is intended to exclude any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Consultations & Appointments

Once a consultation, healing session or appointment has been booked and confirmed, the payment is generally non-refundable. Where rescheduling is permitted, requests must be made within the communicated timeframe and are subject to availability. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without appropriate notice, it may be treated as completed.

12. Bonuses

Some programs may include bonuses, which may be digital, educational, time-limited, subject to availability, or changed or replaced where necessary. Bonuses do not necessarily have an independent monetary value and may not be available separately from the associated program.

13. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific result from participating in our courses, healing services, consultations or mentorship programs. Individual results depend on many factors including circumstances, effort, practice, implementation, consistency and factors outside our control. Any examples or testimonials are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees. In particular, we do not guarantee a specific income, number of clients, high-ticket clients, business success, employment, financial independence, or a particular personal transformation.

14. Business Mentorship

Where business mentorship is offered, it is educational and advisory in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of income, revenue, client acquisition, high-ticket clients, business growth, employment or financial success. You remain responsible for implementing any strategies or recommendations.

15. Testimonials

Testimonials displayed on our website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that another person will achieve the same results. Individual experiences may differ.

16. User Conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully with Dr. Swapna Marathe, trainers, team members and other participants. You must not engage in harassment, threatening or abusive behaviour, discrimination, unauthorised promotion, disruption of training, misuse of online communities, distribution of inappropriate content, unauthorised recording or intellectual-property violations. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where serious violations occur.

17. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to a course, community or service if there is evidence of account sharing, copyright infringement, unauthorised distribution, course piracy, fraud, abusive conduct or serious violation of these Terms. Termination due to violation does not ordinarily create a right to a refund, subject to applicable law.

18. Third-Party Platforms

Our website or programs may use third-party services including payment gateways, video hosting, scheduling, communication and online learning platforms, analytics and social media. These platforms may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policies of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

19. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and updated; however, it may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated information. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change program details, modify course content, change availability, change pricing and update bonuses. Where material changes affect an existing customer's purchased entitlement, applicable rights will be respected.

20. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website, products or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, technical or platform failures, power outages, serious emergencies or other events beyond reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to reschedule affected services.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website with the updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory legal provisions, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and authorities having jurisdiction over the matter.
